Willoway is your private 3+ acre Hudson Valley retreat — an oasis for you and friends from the grind of NYC. Woodland quiet, privacy, all 50 minutes from Grand Central by train. Chase away the chill by the gas fire pit, enjoy dozens of games, books, or records, explore the historic Hudson Valley, then settle in by the stone fireplace. Three bedrooms sleep six. Single-level home, gated drive, self check-in, 2 dogs welcome. In my family for 60+ years and still cherished — now yours to enjoy.

Willoway is a single-level home set on a private wooded hillside, with multiple outdoor areas, river and mountain views, and plenty of room to spread out without losing the feeling of being together. +Two bedrooms with Queen beds +One bedroom with two standard twin beds +one full bath with shower/tub, one 1/2 bath +Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove/oven, cookware, utensils, knives, coffee maker, bodum, glassware) +Full dining room

Other Details to Note

*on site Check-in with host possible with a few days notice. *Pool Details: Saltwater pool open May 1 (heating begins May 15) thru October 1. Exclusive use, 24 hours a day. Use is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult. No glass in pool. *Pets: Up to two dogs are ok. Please message with breed and weight. *Some day guests OK with host prior approval *Security/Wildlife: For safety there are cameras on gate, driveway, front walk, doorbell, but NO interior cameras. Small dogs should be kept inside at night to protect from coyotes, owls, etc. Turkeys in mating season (April-June) can be aggressive. *Deposit: There is a $750 refundable damage deposit which is charged two days prior to check-in and refunded within two days after check-out if there is no damage. *Booker must provide valid government photo-id to book.

Tucked on a forested hill at the end of a private road in Crotonville, Willoway is within easy reach of New York City. Croton-Harmon station is just a five-minute drive from Willoway, and the city is less than an hour’s journey by train. Wake up in the morning and see how many Willoway bird songs you can recognize as you have tea or coffee on the wood or stone decks. A day out? -Take a stroll on the Old Croton Aqueduct to Croton Gorge/Dam. -Visit Kykuit and explore the Rockefeller Estate. -Kayak in the Hudson. -Take the kids to the Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum and then do the Walkway over the Hudson. -Hike, go to the Bear Mountain Zoo, and have dinner in Cold Spring -For Halloween, explore the abundant attractions of the historic Hudson Valley; visit Sleepy Hollow and then take in thousands of pumpkins at The Blaze in the evening.
